Background checks are performed to validate the candidate’s qualifications and a minimum of two most recent, in depth references are taken verbatim, which are included on the candidates’ curriculum vitae, along with copies of all their assessments and background checks. ITC Checks, Criminal Checks and Personality Profile Analysis are only performed at the client’s request.
